If you have filled in the contact, questions, or online meeting form EUC TAKES PART on the website, we inform you that, in accordance with data protection regulation, the personal data provided will be processed by EUC TAKES PART to answer your communication, query or request for a meeting, based on the consent of the data subject, given by filling in and sending the form and checking the box accepting the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary in order to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, unless you revoke your consent or request the erasure of your data or the opposition to the processing, and without prejudice to its retention for legal obligations applicable to EUC TAKES PART.

Event Sign-up Form / Newsletter

If you have filled in the registration form for Event Sign-ups on the EUC TAKES PART website, we inform you that the personal data provided will be processed by EUC TAKES PART to manage your registration in the newsletter and any communication that may be of interest to you, based on the consent of the data subject, given by filling in and sending the form and checking the box accepting the Privacy Policy. If the sign up form happens to be managed together with one of the external organisations that EUC TAKES PART collaborates with to offer volunteering opportunities, the data will be also shared with this party. 

Your personal data will be processed until you revoke the consent given or request the erasure of your data or the opposition to the processing, and without prejudice to its retention for legal obligations applicable to EUC TAKES PART.

Communication of data to third parties

When the companies identified at the beginning of this Privacy Policy as EUC TAKES PART transfer personal data to each other, they will do so as co-controllers.

Maintenance of the data

The data subject undertakes to keep the data provided to EUC TAKES PART duly updated.
